Deepak is Graduate in Computer Engineering from a reputed university in India. Deepak have comprehensive SAP project experience with several full cycle system implementations. He has done the specialization in various SAP modules like SD, MM, QM, PP, FI, HR, SAP-BIW, Netweaver, Portal.

As the Chief Director & Mentor, Deepak actively participate in Operations Management, Sales and Strategic Planning at SoftAegis. He also contributes to the business development. Deepak guides the company strategy, strategic business development, strategic partnering and alliance development, customer centric focus, and the direction of internal product/technology development.

Shantilal Lakariya | CEO & Business Head

Shantilal is Graduate in Computer Engineering from a reputed university in India. He has an experience in the area of Software Testing and has also worked as a programmer. He has done the specialization in Manual Testing and automated testing tools like WinRunner and Test Director.

In the role of Chief Executive Officer, Shantilal has been dynamically leading the company since its inception. Shantilal is the executive decision maker for the overall corporate development, strategy and company operations.

Aseem Deshpande | Chief Technical Officer

Aseem has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from a reputed university in India. After working as an embedded software developer in Hyderabad for a major telecommunications firm he landed up in USA to pursue a Master's Degree in Computer Science. He is a propagandist of the Service Oriented Architecture and has a firm belief that web-services is the next wave of software development. Soon, the universe of software is going to get caught in the "Web of Grids".

As the Chief Technical Officer, Aseem is at the helm of technical aspects of the projects. He along with others navigates the company in the direction that fits with our mission. The core technology and the standards to be adhered is also something which is under his purview.

Amol Gore | Director of Engineering

Amol is Graduate in Computer Engineering from a reputed university in India. He has an experience as a programmer and system administrator during his career .He has done the specialization in PHP and MYSQL.

As the Director of Engineering, Amol is responsible of managing the various departments within SoftAegis to ensure management synchronization. Amongst his other responsibilities, he also determines the staffing requirements and resource allocation across the firm.

Pranav Joshi | Director of Technology

Pranav is Graduate in Computer Science from a reputed university in India. He has an experience as a programmer and system administrator during his career .

As the Director of Technology, Pranav determines and focuses on the corporate strategy around technology and is accountable for the performance of all projects. He also defines and maintains effective and innovative software architecture for SoftAegis.

Sandeep Godse | Marketting Head

As the Marketting head , Sandeep reports to the Chief executive director. He mentors and guides the team of marketing professionals at SoftAegis. He is responsible for redefining business development strategies, technical and marketing alliances. As a Marketting Head he is responsible for the smooth functioning of certain large projects at SoftAegis.
